The location. The cleanness of the room. Comfortable bed. The manager (I forgot the name) was so helpful and supportive as I was unwell in my first day of the stay, and there was an issue with the water at the hotel, and this made it more difficult to me not to be able to use the water as I wear lenses as well and couldn’t because couldn’t wash my hands. The manger brought me sanitizer and also some food, plus refunded my first night. I am thankful for his support.

9/8/22 = Bartender was very attentive and I wasn't drinking at the bar but he saw me carrying an ice bucket and filled it for me at the bar. Other than that, the stay was great because the room and premises was clean, no unecessary noise from guests pr staff and I could just chill. The noise outside was another matter.

My room was very neat and orderly. It seemed somewhat soundproof. However, it took me a few minutes to figure out how to shut some of the lights in the room. Also, though the bed was comfortable, I felt the mattress was way too soft. The bathroom was large and roomy and the shower was great.

Room spacious and exceptionally clean. Bar service great and breakfast excellent. I forgot my mobile phone charger but on Saturday morning guy & colleague on reception was super helpful and found me a charger
